Boy I know I have, especially after watching so many of the HGTV shows. I actually found it more confusing since I didn’t know what style is what. As we work with you on renovating your homes, I decided to create this blog with the hopes that it would eliminate your own exhausting research and hours/hundreds of pins later to your pinterest board. YOU’RE welcome HUSBANDS;) Here are some examples and descriptions I have found that can hopefully help you figure out what YOUR style is. Remember you don’t always have to fall into one category but at least we can narrow down the elements you want within your home.

Modern farmhouse design takes the comfortable, relaxed farmhouse style and adds modern touches such as smooth lines, glossy accents and neutral color schemes. It's less rustic, more sophisticated and uses contemporary design elements like stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and sleek lighting.
